what can i take thats not a medication- to help with fluid retention?
i am various heart tablets so really don’t want to be taking anymore meds. is there a natural way to get rid of the build up of fluid in the body. family members had diarectics and i dont really want to go that route. is there anything natural.
Chosen Answer:
Go to the health food store and get dandelion tea, burdock root tea and red clover tea. All of these are what some American Indian tribes drank for water retention. They lived a long time. Thanks for reminding me…I think I’ll go brew some now to make iced tea. You may want to use a little honey but I like it as it is.

Cranberry juice and tea (separately, not together!) are natural diuretics.

Lemon juice. Just squeeze a lemon in some water and drink it down.

make sure you drink plenty of water and that should help flush some of it out

You could do a detox diet once a month… something like the Fruit Flush. It helps me lose a lot of water weight.
