Is there a method for confirming fluid retention?
I’m not too keen on the contraceptive pill I’m on and think it’s causing me to retain fluid around the abdominal and bum areas, but don’t know whether I’m being hyperchondriac… how can I prove to a doctor in one visit that during the pill free week I have the flattest tum and abs to die for, and that during the three weeks of tablet taking I have a flabby tum and my abs are nowhere to be seen?

you may also retain fluid in your legs, when you have the retention in your ab domain press firmly on your shin bone if you have water retention it will leave a depression in the skin that is slow to return to shape. try it you never know?
